DSE have worked with T&P on various projects throughout the UK for major print companies. Tools and Production have been involved with the manufacture of rotary punch units and slitting since 1955. They have a wealth of experience within the industry and have solutions  for punching and converting material. Drop-In Shear Slitters Tools and Production’s finely engineered Drop-In Shear Slitter is designed to provide clean and more precise slits than the alternative crunch cut die. Dished knife blade shearing action against a hardened tool steel anvil ring ensures burr-free cutting edges, with a minimum of paper dust. This innovation concept also keeps blades sharper for longer periods because they are not crushed against the anvil. Drop-In  Tools and Production’s durable and compact Drop-In Punch Unit slides onto your diecut station for line hole punch applications Toolsteel die rings allow for smoother cutting surfaces while punching difficult materials, in turn yielding cleaner holes. Vacuum cups are supplied to allow for efficient waste removal, which in turn keeps diecut stations cllean.

Tools & Production, Inc, (T&P) is known as the leaser in the design and precision manufacturing of custom, high speed rotary punches and dies for the printing, packaging and business forms industries. T&P’s punches and dies can be found on just about every continent of the globe.

While T&P ceased manufacturing rotary punch tooling (units and rings) as of December 31, 2016, T&P will continue to supply the same top quality punches, dies, gears, slitter blades and anvils as we have for over 61 years.

DSE have worked with T&P on various projects throughout the UK for major print companies.

Although the punch units are no longer being manufactured we at DS Engineering can still service the units as well as being able to train any employees on the use of all Tools and Productions units.
